Office stress break

What do you do to have a break when having a stress?
Work can be a paradise or another island of Doctor Moreau. It may be the colleagues and it may be scenarios that had something to do with actual processing.
I went on a sick leave due to some chest pains. Nothing severe… yet… I hope… and was browsing around the internet for updates and to do some online chores when suddenly my Yahoo Messenger popped.
