I heart IT work

There have been considerable changes in my job and putting it in detail would be like walking between bragging and just plain bad karma.
Here are the top 5 things that makes me love my IT work.
5. “Can you move the emails to Excel? … I want to be able to search through the mail.”
4. “Hi. Can you send me the settings for the e phone?”
[After sending the generic guide on the settings for the iPhone]
“Hi it doesn’t work can you give me the password?”
“Hi. Please use your username ‘cbopols’ and your password. Do not use ‘username’ for username and ‘password’ for password.”
“Thanks! It works now!
3. “I cannot log in! I’ve entered my password so many times. I cannot login into Windows.”
[After much viewing the Windows login screen, username was "administrator".]
2. “Hi can I bring my computer with me to China?”
[Can you imagine my face after tilting to the right to look at her desktop?]
1.”Hi Antonette. Can you please bring the thump drive? The designer will need it to transport the files.”
“Hi. Ok should I put anything on the thumb drive as well?”
“Just the thump drive is ok. Thanks!”
